C and reordering to required moisture content. System includes product cyclone LPG manifold and Liquid CO2 cylinder

Scope:

The project involves expanding tobacco using liquid CO2 impregnation at (-) 17 deg C and 23 bar pressure in a specially designed impregnator with Quick Open Closure Device. Drying the impregnated tobacco in a pneumatic conveyor dryer at 375 deg. C and reordering to required moisture content. The project involves product cyclone, conveyor systems, venture eductor, PJFF Filters, Hot air generator, Waste heat recovery system, Liquid CO2 and LPG storage yard with fire hydrant, piping and ducting systems
